At Nordic Signals, we have extensive expertise and experience from the public, infrastructure manager, and consulting side within the transport and infrastructure sector.
Our personnel includes former programme directors, project managers, heads of infrastructure deployment, onboard/retrofitment deliveries, and PMO, as well as technical experts involved in the implementation of digital railway signalling systems, offering a unique perspective cultivated from some of the largest infrastructure projects and programmes worldwide.
Having navigated the intricacies of complex programmes, we have observed that many initiatives often falter or incur delays and budget overruns due to a lack of experience, ineffective management, and organizational misalignment.
This spurred the creation of Nordic Signals in 2019. To assist public entities, suppliers, and infrastructure managers in implementing and delivering transformational solutions and initiatives such as new digital signalling systems.
