Our team includes former programme directors, project managers, technical leads, and delivery experts with hands-on experience from some of the world’s largest digital signalling programmes. We’ve been on the ground in roles across infrastructure deployment, onboard retrofitment, PMO, and strategic delivery.

We founded Nordic Signals in 2019 after seeing too many complex programmes stall due to inexperience, poor coordination, and misaligned objectives. Our mission is to help public entities, suppliers, and infrastructure managers deliver real transformation - with digital signalling at the core.
